William Haggerty

Founder + Principal

William Haggerty has spent a decade keeping healthcare infrastructure running in places where failure costs lives. He began his humanitarian career in Liberia in 2015 with Partners In Health during the Ebola outbreak, then spent three years as a logistician and hospital infrastructure manager with MSF/Doctors Without Borders — including in Haiti at the onset of COVID-19. As infrastructure technical lead for the Unitaid-funded BRINGO2 medical oxygen program at PIH, he led oxygen system implementation and support across five countries before founding Ainslie Street Advisory in 2025.

He has implemented or supported humanitarian and development programs in Guatemala, Haiti, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mexico, Peru, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, and South Sudan.

William is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. When he's not in the field, he's hiking, sailing, or experimenting in the kitchen.
