William Haggerty

Founder + Principal

William began his humanitarian career in 2015 by responding to the Ebola Virus Disease outbreak in Liberia with Partners In Health. He was a logistician and hospital infrastructure manager with MSF/Doctors Without Borders from 2017-2020, including in Haiti at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. William then returned to Partners In Health in 2022 as the infrastructure technical lead for the Unitaid-funded BRINGO2 medical oxygen program, broadening his scope to global infrastructure and medical gas technical support for PIH when BRINGO2 ended. He has implemented or supported humanitarian and global health programs in Guatemala, Haiti, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Peru, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, and South Sudan.

William founded Ainslie Street Advisory in 2025 to help humanitarian NGOs and Ministries of Health improve healthcare infrastructure and operations with practical, hands-on technical support. He lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA, and spends his free time hiking, sailing, and experimenting in the kitchen.
