William Haggerty

After more than a decade implementing humanitarian and global health programs worldwide, including as infrastructure technical lead for Partners In Health’s Unitaid-funded BRINGO2 medical oxygen program, William Haggerty founded Ainslie Street Advisory in 2025 as an independent, fee-for-service advisory firm focused on healthcare infrastructure reliability in limited-resource contexts. ASA works with investors, healthcare organizations, NGOs, and Ministries of Health on a project-based or retainer basis.
William is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA, and when he's not in the field, he's hiking, sailing, or experimenting in the kitchen.
