The “Quick Look”
“Can you take a quick look at this?” - Yes, we can.
You have a specific problem to solve or a decision to make: a system that's underperforming, an infrastructure investment decision coming up, or a vendor proposal that needs another pair of eyes.
Our Quick Look is a highly focused engagement: approximately three hours of remote infrastructure or O+M advisory across two to three calls, followed by a written summary with assessment and recommendation. Scoped to your problem or decision point, typically delivered within two weeks.
What you get:
Two to three hours of remote infrastructure technical advisory
Written summary (2–3 pages) with findings and a clear recommendation
One round of follow-up questions included
Facilities Readiness Assessment (FRA)
You've invested in healthcare infrastructure: oxygen systems, electrical, water, waste management. But is it actually reliable? ASA’s FRA is a structured, scored assessment of facility readiness across every critical infrastructure system, conducted on-site by someone who has seen these systems fail in the field.
One week on-site. Structured scoring using the ASA FRA framework. Critical life safety flags identified and prioritized interventions your team can act on immediately.
What you get:
One week of on-site assessment (electrical, O₂, potable water, waste management, safety, facilities O+M)
Scored output across all domains (0–4 scale) with Critical Life Safety issues clearly highlighted
~10–15 page report with prioritized recommendations for clinical risk mitigation
Debrief call with your key stakeholders
Clear pathway to implementation support
Implementation Advisory/Custom Engagement
Assessment is only useful if you can act on it. We offer ongoing technical support as you work through findings, evaluate vendors, commission systems, and build internal team capacity. ASA offers implementation advisory as a monthly retainer based on a clear objective and a defined scope.
2-3 calls per month, async access with 48-hour response commitment, vendor proposal review, and a monthly written update. Minimum three-month engagement.
What you get:
Two or three structured advisory calls per month (60 min each)
Async advisory via email (48-hour response commitment)
Vendor proposal and specification review
Monthly written progress summary
